Be very careful with the attitude you adopt when you go into action. Attitude begets behaviour at the subtlest of levels.
If you hold a negative attitude, no matter how much you attempt to cover it up, it will show through, if only at a subconscious level.
People will pick up on it. Even if they cannot put their finger on it, they will know something is wrong. But, what?
Since you are hiding how you re really thinking and feeling from them, they will most likely guess what is the matter rather than asking you point blank.
In my experience, most people will guess that it has something to do with them. Maybe they have upset you or done something wrong. And so, they will disappear down the rabbi-hold of fantasy and paranoia.
Being careful with the attitude you adopt i more than behaving well, you have do genuinely adopt the best attitude for the situation – to live and breathe it – to believe it.
Only then will people pick up on the positive, that you are in a good place and they can work with you. They will respond well and then you are off to the races!
The other funny thing about attitude is that I don’t believe anyone deliberately adopts a negative attitude, they just fall into it. Which means you have to be fastidious in watching that you are cultivating the best attitudes at all times until it becomes a habit.
