Over the last few weeks I’ve had many conversations about handling difficult people, both coaching sessions and my Let’s Talk group. A few things have become apparent.

Earlier this week we had a lively debate in the Let’s Talk on Emotional Distraction. One of the areas we discussed what the structure of relationships and particularly, the areas where difference can interrupt the relationship.
