Master of Influence: Section 7/10

Communicating for Impact & Persuasion

Do you communicate with confidence and influence others effectively?

Great influencers don’t just talk—they inspire action. Whether in meetings, negotiations, or one-on-one conversations, clear and persuasive communication helps build credibility, secure buy-in, and drive results.

How to Score Yourself

Consider the indicators below. Estimate your score from 0 to 10 based on how consistently you demonstrate these traits.

Positive Indicators (Why You’d Score High)

Someone who scores high in this section is likely to:

✔ Communicate with clarity, confidence, and authority.
✔ Adjust messaging to different audiences for maximum influence.
✔ Engage groups persuasively and read the mood of an audience.
✔ Present ideas in a way that builds buy-in and action.

Negative Indicators (Why Your Score Might Be Lower)

Someone who scores lower may:

✘ Struggle to hold attention or make a strong impact.
✘ Use the same message for all audiences without adjusting.
✘ Misjudge the mood of an audience and fail to engage them.
✘ Come across as unsure, unconvincing, or too aggressive.

👉 Remember to keep track of your score before moving on.
