Your reality is entirely subjective, because you are the only one experiencing it.
Only people with identical knowledge, awareness, experience, values, ambitions and circumstances will be able to experience your reality. Which is minuscule in probability.
So, your reality is always subjective.
Objective facts and circumstances are a different matter. Of course these are hard to challenge. Yet these only become your reality when you interpret and filter them into your own experience of reality.
Simple example.
Some people like to shout at people. On the receiving end, some will cringe and cower. Others will bristle and push back. Still more will withdraw with a wry smile and perhaps even just think, “Hey, what a loser.”
In life, you can have a choice, a wide choice, about how you react to anything that happens.
The more aware you are, and the more empowered you are, the more you can swing your reality to your own convenience. Which interpretation or reaction will help you the most?
It takes practice, but the benefits are well worth the effort.
As is said so often…
“It’s not what happens to you that matters, it’s what you make of it.”
Question for you…
What are you making of what is happening to you right now?
