The Absurdity of Instant Labels: Questioning the ‘Bad’

We’ve been conditioned to label and react, often without pause or reflection. An unfortunate event strikes, and we impulsively stamp it ‘bad.’ But isn’t this instant labelling a tad absurd? By quickly categorising events without giving them the due consideration, we may be robbing ourselves of growth opportunities.
Challenge the instinct to jump to conclusions. Instead, step back, assess, and realise that our snap judgments might just be the real ‘bad’ move.
