Rethinking Reflexes: The Trap of Premature Judgments

Our minds are often in a rush, making hasty decisions without a second thought. An event happens, and our reflex is to instantly label it as unfavourable. But what if this reflex is, ironically, our downfall? This autopilot mode of premature judgments could be the barrier preventing us from unlocking potential opportunities.
Before letting these judgments rule, pause and ponder: Is the event genuinely bad, or is it just our impulsive mindset playing tricks?
